The Friends of the Gloucester Council on Aging (the “Friends”) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization based in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We have recently celebrated our 33rd anniversary in our mission of working collaboratively with the Gloucester Council on Aging (“COA”) and the Rose Baker Senior Center by providing financial assistance for programs and services benefiting the broader Gloucester senior community.
